What we collect
When you submit an enquiry, viewing request, or details request on this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (where supplied), and message, along with any preferred viewing date/time and number of attendees for viewing requests. We also automatically record the page you enquired from, the referring website, and any marketing campaign parameters (UTM tags) present in the URL, so that Adrian Chong can understand which enquiries relate to which marketing activity.
Why we collect it
A. To respond to your enquiry. We use your contact details and message to respond to your specific enquiry about 12 Changi North Way (or another listing), including to arrange a viewing or provide further information you have requested. This is necessary to carry out your request and does not require a separate opt-in.
B. Future marketing (optional, separate consent). If you tick the "future property updates" checkbox on the enquiry form, we will also use your contact details to send you future listings and property updates. This is entirely optional and separate from (A) — leaving it unchecked will not affect our ability to respond to your enquiry. Where given, we record the timestamp and page on which this consent was provided.
Where your data is stored
Enquiry data is stored securely using Cloudflare's infrastructure (Workers KV) and is accessible only to Adrian Chong. If email notification is configured, a copy of your enquiry is also sent to Adrian Chong's notification email via a transactional email provider. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Analytics & advertising
Where enabled, this site may use Google Analytics, Google Ads and/or Meta Pixel to understand site usage and measure marketing performance. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies in your browser. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
Your rights
